Do you offer decaf coffee?

Yes. Our MW D'caff Mexico is naturally decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process — no chemicals involved. It delivers full specialty flavor with milk chocolate, caramel, and toffee notes, without the caffeine.

Is specialty coffee acidic?

Coffee is mildly acidic (pH ~5), and acidity varies by origin and roast. Darker roasts like Midnight Oil have lower perceived acidity, while lighter single-origin coffees like our Guatemala highlight bright, fruit-forward notes. If you prefer low-acid options, our dark roasts or decaf are a great starting point.

Is your coffee freshly roasted?

Every batch is roasted fresh each week in small quantities in Clovis, CA. Your beans ship at peak flavor — not sitting in a warehouse for months. That's the difference between specialty coffee and grocery store coffee.

Where do you ship?

We ship fresh roasted coffee beans nationwide across the United States. Flat rate shipping is $9.95. Read our Shipping Policy for full details.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS, depending on your location.
