Does Sanctuary Roasting sell ground coffee or K-cups?

No. All retail coffee is sold whole bean only, in 12-ounce bags. We do not sell pre-ground coffee, K-cups, or pods. Custom grind is available on request for wholesale customers.

Does Sanctuary Roasting offer wholesale?

Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are roasted fresh and shipped from our Clovis roastery. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the United States via USPS:

$7.95 flat rate on most orders

$4.95 flat rate on orders of 3 or more bags

We use USPS for all online orders. Shipping time depends on order size, destination zone, and method.

In-Person Pickup at Our Affiliate Café

Sanctuary Roasting is an online specialty coffee roaster based in Clovis, California, and does not operate a walk-in café at our roastery. For your convenience, free in-person pickup is available at our affiliate café, Sanctuary Coffee Refuge — a separate business that serves coffee roasted by Sanctuary Roasting. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready, typically within 1–2 business days. Please bring your order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with USPS tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Sanctuary Roasting is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@sanctuaryroasting.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will assist with resolving the issue.
