Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are roasted in small weekly batches and shipped from our Clovis roastery. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday or over the weekend are processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the United States via USPS.

  • Free shipping on orders of 3 or more bags, anywhere in the U.S.
  • $7.95 flat rate per order for 1–2 bags to Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming
  • $12.95 flat rate per order for 1–2 bags to all other U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii

Shipping time depends on order size, destination zone, and method.

Free In-Person Pickup

Free pickup is available at three locations. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and select your location. You will receive an email when your order is ready, typically within 1–2 business days. Please bring your order confirmation.

Our affiliate café, a separate business that serves coffee roasted by Sanctuary Roasting. Open Monday–Friday 7 AM–5 PM, Saturday and Sunday 7 AM–3 PM.

Cracked Pepper Bistro

Pickup during bistro hours: Tuesday–Thursday 4:30–9:30 PM, Friday and Saturday 4:30–10:30 PM. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with USPS tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Sanctuary Roasting is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@sanctuaryroasting.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist with resolving the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
