Signature Drinks at Sanctuary Coffee Refuge
Chef Vatche’s 24+ years of culinary experience inform the drinks menu. The result is a list that goes beyond the standard café playbook:
- Cardamom & Saffron Latte — Aromatic ground cardamom, floral saffron, smooth espresso, steamed milk. A nod to Chef Vatche's Armenian-Lebanese roots.
- Viennese Cappuccino — Espresso, frothed milk, honey, finished with fine cinnamon. Inspired by the grand cafés of Vienna.
- Vanilla Rosemary Latte — Fresh rosemary infused with vanilla. Herbal, sophisticated, balanced.
- Honey Cortado — Espresso and milk sweetened with natural honey. Simple, perfect.
- The Preacher — Their specialty house creation. (You’ll just have to come try it.)

- Sanctuary Coffee Refuge — Walk-in café in Fresno. 5415 N West Ave Ste C, adjacent to Northwest Church. They serve our coffee.
Same founder — Chef Vatche Moukhtarian, classically trained chef and Food Network Guy’s Grocery Games winner. Same obsession with quality. Two doors to walk through.
