Each class runs about 45 minutes. Come 15 minutes early — we keep it to 8 people, nice and small.

How it works — it's easier than it sounds
We line up a few coffees side by side and pour hot water right over the grounds. You lean in, smell it, then grab a spoon and slurp — loud, messy, fun. That's the whole point. As the cups cool, the flavors change, so the same coffee keeps surprising you. No fancy words, no right answers. Trust your own taste. You'll be shocked what you pick up. The whole thing takes about 45 minutes.
