Sanctuary Roasting is an online specialty coffee roaster based in Clovis, California. Roasted fresh every Wednesday and Thursday in Clovis. We ship fresh-roasted whole-bean coffee nationwide and offer free in-person pickup at two locations.

Roasting & Processing Time

All orders are roasted fresh in Clovis, CA at our roastery (12 W Palo Alto Ave) and processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed after noon on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the U.S. via USPS with simple flat-rate pricing:

  • $7.95 flat rate to Western states (AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, WY)
  • $12.95 flat rate to all other U.S. states
  • Free shipping when you order 3 or more bags

In-Person Pickup

Free pickup is available at checkout. Choose “Pickup” and select one of two locations. Either way, your order is not ready the moment you place it — please wait for your ready-for-pickup email before coming in, and bring it with you.

Open seven days a week. Ordering ahead makes sure a particular coffee, like decaf, is there for you. Orders that need replenishment are generally available Wednesday or Thursday, when we roast; orders placed Friday or Saturday may wait until then.

Open to customers Wednesday and Thursday only, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM; closed the other days. Walk in and buy freshly roasted coffee off the shelf without ordering ahead, or pick up your online order once your ready-for-pickup email arrives.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is $7.95 for 1–2 bags to Western states and $12.95 for 1–2 bags to all other U.S. states. Orders of 3 or more bags ship free. You’ll always see your exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with USPS tracking details. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@sanctuaryroasting.com. We work with customers to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

International Shipping

At this time, the Sanctuary Roasting Shipping Policy covers domestic U.S. shipping only. We are actively exploring international shipping options.
